About Us
Macho Taco began with Martin and his three sons, who grew up savoring his delicious Mexican cuisine. Inspired by their love for authentic, home-cooked meals, Martin's sons urged him to pursue his longtime dream of opening a food truck. Together, they developed a plan to share their passion for Mexican food made from scratch, using time-honored techniques and family recipes passed down for generations.
Macho Taco was born in late 2022, and the Macho Taco food truck hit the streets in the spring of 2023, bringing a taste of Mexico to Osceola, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. The menu is a celebration of Mexico's vibrant culinary heritage. From sizzling carne asada steak tacos to signature Macho Nachos, each dish is crafted with passion and care. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest produce, highest quality meats, and authentic spices to ensure that every taco, burrito, and nacho platter bursts with flavor.
